Your order will be dispatched from Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Headpieces labelled as “ready to ship” or jewelry are regularly shipped between 3-7 days after the payment has completed. Hair Pieces could take within 1-2 weeks (production time) from the time you place your order and payment to be send, if you are in a time frame, please send us a message prior to place your order.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Delivery time varies depending on your country and shipping method. Please visit the Shipping Policy page to get detailed information on processing and delivery times. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeline.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply make another purchase for a new item and send back the item you are looking to return with the information listed above. Once we receive your returned item, your credit card will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

We use the shipping addresses provided us to send out packages to our brides. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, additional shipping fees will be required to reship your order.
